International Shipment

1. Default Courier service "CTT Correios de Portugal S.A."

By default international shipment is operated by portuguese courier "CTT Correios de Portugal S.A." with registered value-added service and tracking code. Please note that some countries such as Brazil do not provide tracking services.

Shipment pricing list:

• Europe: 12,50€
• United States of America: 23.00€
• other countries: 19,80€

2. Other international Courier services - HDL, TNT, UPS, FedEX, INPOST

By your request we may provide international courier services listed below, sujected to prior quotation. Before shipment the receiver will pay by Paypal or card the required extra amount to upgrade courier service.

• DHL   > TNT   > UPS   > FedEX
• INPOST ( only Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxemburg, Nederlands and Spain).

Packing and Shipment

Paintings are performed on fine rice paper properly prepared and ready to be applied into frames; printings on good quality paper 200/250g, also ready to be applied into frames or to be used as a "poster".

Specially on international shipments frames have been delivered to recipients presenting some damage. To avoid this situation paintings and printings are shiped frameless by default properly packaged and protected in resistant cardboard tubes.

Framming Paintings and Printings

Paintings and printing are performed in common commercial sizes. Frames available on major international stores such as IKEA, Leroy Merlin, AKI, Walmart and others are suitable to paintings and printings sizes.

Accepted Payments Methods

Several payment methods are accepted, namely:
Bank Transfer / MBWay (only for Portugal) / Cash (only for Portugal)
International payments with debit and credit bank cards using Visa / Maestro / MasterCard / American Express / Discover / PayPal and Stripe networks select the payment methods Paypal or Stripe and proceed according to the instructions. 

PayPal and Stripe are safe ways to pay and get paid. PayPal and Stripe transactions are protected by advanced data encryption.
